What Were The Acutal Numbers?

The total number of sales for May (the last complete month available) is 3,491, up 113% from May of 2020. The median price was $895,000, up 19.3% (All numbers are year over year for May).

Single family resale saw a total of 2,139 sales, up 105% (remember Covid shut down) and median sales price of $1,020,000, up 27.8%.

Condos sold 1,033, up 141%. And median price increased to $620,000, steeply up 19.2%.

New homes lagged again with 319 sold, up 92%, and median price of $1046,000, up 9.8%. Monthly mortgage payments rose significantly, just more than $400, from $3,429 to $3,885
