There’s a certain irony in former Air Force brat Kimberly Calder now carving out a successful career in helping people to put down roots. With an extensive background in finance and accounting, Kimberly knows lender guidelines inside and out. As a senior loan officer, she can quickly help borrowers to find creative solutions to almost any lending requirement situation. “I like to help my clients navigate the loan, which can be quite tedious and overwhelming at times. Not everyone fits into the same lending mold, that’s why I try to think outside of the box when it comes to helping borrowers.
Kimberly takes a real interest in the goals of her clients. “I like to talk to people and try to find out what they want to accomplish. That way we can set up the loan in the best way right from the get-go. I love to take care of people. Understanding numbers is great, but it doesn’t give me that human contact that taking care of people does. And the online loan mills can’t give the quality of care that we can. I like that we’re there for our clients from beginning to end during the whole loan process.”
