Gary co-founded Premier Funding Network intending to create a superior brokerage in response to what he saw as a poorly performing market dominated by anonymous online loan mills. He wanted to open up lending options and personalize the mortgage process in a way that the other, more constrained brokers couldn’t. “At Premier Funding Network, we do two things really well- we work harder to present possibilities that may not be available through other brokerages, and we are honest with people. We want to do the best thing for the client, even if it means losing a sale.”
A California native, Gary has seen it all in what can be a volatile housing market. His many years in the mortgage business has given him the opportunity to help every kind of buyer in every kind of financial situation. Through it all, he makes sure that one constant is ever present during the creation of a mortgage– the long-term satisfaction of the client. “I’ve had clients call me two years after I advised them to wait on purchasing a home, wanting me to get them out of a messy mortgage that some other broker got them into, which I’m happy to do. At the same time, I’ve had newlyweds come to me for their first home because I had helped their parents get into their house years before.”
Gary and Dwayne’s original goal of superior customer service, expanded loan options and honest advice, became the foundation of Premier Funding Network. Sharing his vast knowledge of the mortgage process, and using that knowledge to think outside the box and make a great loan happen is what Gary is all about.
